It’s from reading the dictionary while on the crapper for years,
you should try it sometime, it’s a good way to pass time while you pass stools.

What is so offensive about the word “SUCKS” exactly?

Often times a dimunitive word will suffice, why spend a sentence being elegant when a simple word like “SUCKS” conveys what is intended.

This a message forum, not a treatise to be graded. ;)

My earlier post was not meant to be “offensive” to any other reader other than Josh, who in my opinion, has offended many regular readers here, including myself.

My deliberate overuse of the “S” word was in response to Josh’s many threads that contained that very same offensive and childish term. If anyone has read other posts I’ve writtten, I’ve always tried to be civil and polite, but Josh seems to be getting a free pass here with the “incediary vile” he has been allowed to post.

I think Anthony P. has already warned Josh on more than one occasion about his postings. His continuous use of the “S” word (see #143) just proves that his antics will continue.

I’m all for lively, friendly debate, but sorry if I’m not willing to give Josh, or any other “rude” poster a break here. There’s no room for mean spirited, offensive and arrogant posts on this site (including the one I just wrote) But hey, that’s just my opinion.

I think Anthony P, or someone else on this site, should simply begin to delete posts that they deem as innappropriate. When necessary, they should remove those individuals that are obviously being inflammatory and disrespectful of other posters.

My point here is about civility, not about suppressing the right of others to post views that are obviously in the minority.

Sorry again for all those that were offended by my earlier post…I was trying to be humorous and facetious regarding Josh’s excessive use of his favorite adjective- the “S” word! (I myself hate that word and like it’s cousin the “F” word, I find it unnecessary to use in my everday speech or writing.)

Enough said on this subject…I will now take Josh’s own advise and simply ignore his future posts.
