A Message From The Future About TrekMovie.com December 20, 2006

G4TV isn’t the only place talking about TrekMovie.com. In the last week TrekMovie.com has been cited by IGN, Slashdot, Aint It Cool News, MSNBC, Yahoo, SciFi.com, DarkHorizons, and many other sites. In addition, Yahoo Movies has launched their official Trek XI page and it has listed TrekMovie.com as the ‘unofficial fan site’ for Star Trek XI. The word is getting out there that this is the only site you need for the latest on the future of Star Trek.
You will notice that Dr. Emmet Brown calls the site ‘StarTrekMovie.com’ (although the graphic shows TrekMovie.com). This is not actually an error, but proves he has been to the future. After the show aired TrekMovie.com struck a deal (for swag) with the owner of that domain to transfer it to TrekMovie.com. Doug Wilcox is a fellow Trekkie and fan of the site. In fact, he is such a (self described) geek that he designed a LCARS Transporter Interface as his Object Oriented Programming final project…see it here.
