Finally able to see this episode, and what everyone has been raving about. I’ve waited long enough to see it!

Great story. I agree: definitely “City On The Edge Of Together” and “The Inner Light” all rolled into one. If I wasn’t so tired, I don’t know what would be keeping this grin off my face.

About the only thing that was really disappointing was the First Lady of Trek portraying the computer as ahead of its time by, oh.. I don’t know.. 100 years. Regardless it was great to have her back as the computer voice. If she’s the voice of the computer in Trek XI, I hope she’ll PLEASE PLEASE be true to her husband’s creation and portray the computer with the slightly mechanical voice. ;-)

Why is Jeffrey Quinn not going to be in the next show? I thought his Spock was excellent right from the beginning.

In the realm of fan films – - this was brilliant.
George Takei was terrific. Very well written.

Reminded me of what modern Trek should have aspired to.
