I had gigs all week long for the Labor Day holiday and I have been travelling. My tag comes from Lucas' student film technically, but the theatrical release is just as good of an excuse. I am a huge Star Wars fan. I was 12 years old when it came out and as far as I was concerned. that movie was made with me in mind. I would do chores for everyone in the neighborhood so that I could get enough money to go see it at least two or three times a week that summer. In my universe, there is no conflict between being a Trek fan or a Wars fan. They both had a huge influence on my taste and both did give me a new and unique point of view that I could relate to the world in which I live. Which is what science fiction is supposed to do.
