I think the worst of TOS is certainly more fun than the worst of TNG. Bad TOS still had an irresistably cheesy charm, mainly due to the larger-than-life performers – especially the Big Three, who ALWAYS looked like they were having a blast. Bad TNG was just borrring.

To put it in movie terms, give me The Final Frontier over Insurrection ANY day!
