“Amok Time” is my favorite as well, with “Friday’s Child” a close second, “The Doomsday Machine” as a distant third, and “This Way To Eden” as the absolute worst TOS episode ever!

120. If that’s the case, what happened to Pike & the rest of the older Admirals & so forth? C’mon, I doubt if she’s playing Number One & I’m still pretty skeptical about all this time travel business. If the Guardian of Forever is in this film then apparently Harlan Elison’s going to sue Paramount’s pants off. Jennifer is on the same set with Quinto’s Spock so what does that tell us, if anything? Also, Winnona Ryder has an appropriate look for a Vulcan so why is she playing Spock’s human mother? Questions…questions…& more questions….

Jennifer Morrison is too young to play Number One to Greenwood’s Pike. Number One would be in her mid to late forties by the time Kik takes command quete).

People scould take into consideration that Star Trek takes place in the 23th century. Surely they have found a way to slow down aging. So f.e. if Number one was in her 27ish(like Morrison) in the cage(2254) she would be in her late thirties when Kirk takes command(2265). However her physical appearance hasn’t changed that from the cage.
