Realistic??? My ass! More like amature hour. Looks like a 6 year old was holding the camera. They call it 'hand held'. I watch hand held camera work on TV every night on the 6 o'clock news and not one shaky shot to be seen. I am boycotting all shaky camera work movies and TV shows. Bring back professionalism to the art. These are the most expensive home movies I have ever seen. Enough already!!!

This movie will rock and get people talking one way or the other. Go ahead and spend your 10 bucks to watch a preview trailer that will be on Youtube later that same night for free. Cloverfield producers will appreciate the box office.

And what is with all the hate for young attractive people (who by the way, look pretty normal and not so much more dazzling than average 20 somethings)? Are you that old or ugly that it bothers you? Or is it easy to jump on the bandwagon? Quit being sheep.

This looks to be to Emmerichs Godzilla what Spielbergs War of The Worlds was to Emmerichs version of WOTW - Independance Day....an realistic uber-serious 9/11 conscious take on the jokey excess of Emmerichs version

pretty much the same amount of time inbetween as well..a decade

in fact i would be suprised if Abrams or whoever saw WOTW in 05 and thought 'wow that was great to see it done properly after ID4...hey someone should do the same with Godzilla!'

Get me wrong, but did Blair Which project spook anybody else, or was it just me. I like the home movie concept. It's the most realistic you can get. I think that there should be an entire WWII movie done with one of those old black and white camaras that a reporter would have had. The movie is about a particular unit, with a reporter who is embeded with them, and all the stuff they go through.
