I don't see how ancient die-hards like myself will be able to disassociate from the original crew and accept the new crew (yes, I qualify for the senior discount lol). I want to be able to do this. This interview helps. I had hopes for the new Spock until I saw a picture of him in full Spock make-up and uniform, but it was only a still. So this interview gives me hope. He mentioned in another interview that there are both Klingons and Romulans in this film. I hope at least they will look like they did in the original series and not with the forehead appliances in the rest of the ST spin-offs. I am a huge fan of ST-TOS.
