The people have realized that THEY have been wrong (and not the others) with their views and judges about other. Did the people KNOW how the others felt? No.

It IS natural, that other people which are suppressed and have no rights stand up and fight for it.
SO happened with the slavery, so happend with woman rights, so happened the Apartheid and so on.

Were would mankind be, if other people would accept that they have no rights? And WHY should they?
We still would live in the dark ages.
Ah, and i can’t see anything unnatural and immoral, when 2 people care a lifetime about each other!

It is VERY ridiculous that especially some fans of a fictional universe which praises “IDIC” still think that way…is it MORE natural that sexuality between different species is possible, as it was showed in so many Star Trek episodes?
How logical is THAT??? Nobody cares about that…
Can somebody explain it WHY it is ok that Capt. Kirk has a babe on every alien planet?

First- Good for George and Brad. I wish them as much happiness in the future.

Second- To Anthony, delete this message if you want- but it is wrong of you to allow political opinion in these congratulatory messages that you agree with and then delete political opinion that you don’t. If you want to ban the views that you don’t agree with, you should at least just ban any opinion at all, and just say that people can put warm wishes alone in their messages on this thread.

Re #65: So, intolerance of intolerance is still intolerance. So, say hi-de-ho to those KKK and Nazis in your midst. God forbid we be intolerant. Some things are just wrong. What people do in their own home is no matter for anyone else. These guys probably have more love for each other than most heterosexual couples probably do (as one of the posters said, more long-term commitment than Shatner and his wives, where is the sanctity of marriage in that?).

Wow, I’m so confused. I don’t know what to think anymore. I need guidance. Why is it that humans change so much? I am opinionless on this situation, but just think about it in the whole world and time scope. Just fifty years ago people were saying this kind of thing was wrong, but now it isn’t. Why isn’t everything thing else that was viewed as wrong back then allowed today? Does that mean everything that’s wrong today was okay back then? Maybe I’m too neurotic, someone help me out with this.

While I don’t have an opinion on the matter, that seems…. rather intolerant of you.

So much for diversity. When it comes to social theory — everyone has to walk in lock-step.

Are you as diligent in deleting discussions that are peripheral to the central threads?
