It’s those uniforms that stand out for me. Such a bold departure from what came before, and made the aging crew look so distinguished. As a Canadian, can’t help but notice a Mountie-like vibe with the red jacket and black pants! Great look.

Just when I thought I was finally done shelling out for goodies, along comes DST and there I go again. I’ve got Megos, and Playmates and tons of stuff all safely esconced in my Den, aka The Trek Room to friends and family. One day I’ll post a link so all can know for sure that I am insane.

Just ever so slightly off-topic–about the ships. I got the original series Enterprise, and the TWOK Enterprise. I like them both, but I wanted and expected to love them. My problem is the coloring.

Since when was the TOS Enterprise battleship gray?

And since when was the TWOK Enterprise silver?

Both always looked white to me…..

Other than that, they are neat-o models.
