If anyone has any new new about the continued possiblity of ST:TE showing up in Neonopolis, please put it here! I live in the L.A. area and have been thinking about going up there one time during the week and finding this Rohit Joshi character, and fish for NEW INFO. J.J. Abrams is currently working on the 2nd “rebooted” Star Trek movie, so now would be a great time to start saying something about the resurfacing of ST:TE. I miss Darren serving those Warp Core breaches…

I have been going to vegas for years…and the only reason I go is for the Stra trek Experience.
Everytime I went the bar was packed the rides full and everyone was having a great time. Whom ever Idea it was to close this made a huge mistake.They will never make as much money as they did when Star trek was there. People gettig married there staying at the hilton I called the hilton and they said it was the other guys fault that it closed…guess what the hilton was the hold out. All I can say…is that…I wont be going back to vegas until the star trek convntion is there. Anyone can gamble drink and smoke..but where can you get over a million ttrekkies to come and visit a site. You made a major foul up Hilton and entertainent exp…you suck! Guess I will try atlantic city and see whaa they have…you lost a major customer Las Vegas hilton and Vega also. I would rop at least 10 grand at las vegs hilton and stay in suites. thst all over people…your all asses

As soon as people find out about a new Star-Trek Experience, please post it.

I’ve always been a fan of Star Trek, just not a wild Trekkie.

I’ve been going on many road trips and vacations, and finally it hit me that I should take a trip to a Star Trek type place, I knew there must be something like this.

Sad to hear that this has closed down, as I had figured to go this summer.

Anything else similar ?

This can’t be! It just CAN”T BE!!! I went when I was 9 about a few months after it opened & I was in heaven! I have been looking forward to going back for my 21st birthday for what seems like forever! The people who did this don’t even deserve to go to hell! They must be damned to something far much worse! Tell you what, if I ever get enough money, I’ll personally pay to bring it back! Vegas may be the city of sins, but this sin goes too far! The people who did this make hitler look like jesus!!! As Picard said in First Contact “I will make them PAY for what the have done!!!

I’LL TELL U ONE THING, WHENEVER I 1st READ ON MY YAHOO WEBPAGE THAT THE STAR TREK EXPERIENCE WAS CLOSING, I WAS THINK’N : WTF ARE THEY DOING!!!!!!!!! STAR TREK IS AN ONGOING PHENOMENON, JUST LIKE COMIC BOOKS.

WELL SINCE THEY PULLED THE STAR TREK EXPERIENCE, MAYBE THE OWNEER OF THE BUNNY RANCH, MIGHT DECIDE TO EXPAND HIS FRANCHIZE, TO THE AREA, WHERE THE S.T.E. WAS ORIGINALLY LOCATED, AND, IF THE CONTRACT WAS APPROVED, THEN, THE S.T.E. PPL WANNA RE-NEGOTIATE THE CONTRACT, THE THE ANSWER CAN BE: “NO, THE OWNER OF THE BUNNY RANCH HAS OFF-ERED US A CONTRACT, AND, WE’RE MAK’N MORE $$$ SINCE U PULL,ED IT, AND NOW U WANNA PUT IT BACK HERE??? YEA RIGHT!

I was 58 years old when I first went to the Star Trek Experience. I was like a kid in a candy store. I was hoping to go again, but I guess that is up in the air. I am just hoping that it will open somewhere else. All that fun was just too good to let die.

My father-in-law and I just got back from Vegas also. We went to the convention on Friday. It was our first and we weren’t sure what to expect. We like Star Trek but we don’t live Star Trek and so I didn’t know if that would hinder our experience. It didn’t, we had a blast and laughed our butts off. We didn’t realize how funny the cast would be up on stage……..they just kept feeding jokes off one another. We’re hooked……….we’re going to go to next years also. We also went down to the Neonopolis to see if we could see anything……….nothing what so ever. I MISS Quark’s Bar and the Warp Core Breech drink.
