Things to remember...

*** - ILM shut down the physical model shop between six months to a year ago. Therefore all their work is now CGI. ILM would not be shooting models anymore.

*** - If the CGI were to "look" like models its because it was designed to do so and they rendered it that way.

*** - Spies on AICN are losers.

#101, and Anthony.

Of course IT'S A FAKE!!!!
I wrote it for fans like Peter that needed a BIG Trek fix.
It is loosely based on the revealed tidbits I have garnered from the real
production.

I did originally posted six months ago when when I thought we all
needed a little extra 'news' as some TrekMovie regulars have noted.
Actually, once I started writing it the whole story just came together in one stream of thought. It took me four hours to write that. So please consider it my 'contribution here, for TrekMovie and for fans just like #33 Peter.

No offense intended. OK Anthiony?

And was Spock's soul/time travel idea really that bad. Older Spock was only supossed to be a projection back in time into his own younger mind. He was only visible to his younger self for tiny bits throughout. C'mon guys, Spocks returned from the dead after spending a few weeks inside McCoys head. And Trek has used so many more fantastic plot devices in the past. In my book it totaly bypasses any the Time Travel pitfalls.

I think a Spock/Vulcan astral projection effect could look great onscreen. What does a Vulcan do when they meditate anyhow? Math problems?!
I would think expanding or unlocking the super conciousness would be high on the list.

P.S. It would be nice if you guys would 'unblock' my original and standard TrekMadeMeWonder IP address ID from posting here (yes I have emailed you to unblock.) These days I have to make a special trips out to a WiFi hotspot in order to post here. I don't understand what's up with that.
It's the self protective moves like that that make me wonder if I was a little too close to the actual script for the comfort of the 'Studio'.

See you on the next beamout...

#116:"The only thing I have heard that correlates to the Mr. Atoz description and that I know to be reliable–because it came from a source established to have actually been on the set–is that the main viewer on the Enterprise bridge is much larger than it was in TOS."

Yeah, but that's a pretty easy guess - or, alternatively, a bit of gossip that might have been picked up second-hand by "Mr. ATOZ" in a manner similar to that in which we've heard it. ;-)

No, no, no #24... you've got it all wrong... This is how it opens:

Against an empty, glittering starfield, a Klingon Bird-of-Prey decloaks. Cut to the bridge of the Enterprise.

KIRK: SOMEBODY SET US UP THE BOMB!

On the viewscreen, the gnarled, angry face of the Klingon captain appears.

KLINGON CAPTAIN: ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONG TO US!

Try to deny that, TrekMovie.com!

127, Please don't disrespect Xai. Show some respect for your elders and other's opinions. Besides, his female alter-ego is a character in three of my books. I worked you into Book One XAI. }:-D>

Once AGAIN, AICN is proven to be a rumour mill! As I've said before, with no disrespect to Mr. Knowles. But, he should watch his store more guardedly.
