we found out my husband has terminal bladder cancer 6 months ago...sure at first we were shocked, confused, and in denial. randy has given us the message to enjoy what we have, he has been an insperation to our whole family. such a great loss

He is not DEAD. He has moved on to higher regions. We are only afraid of the unknown. Death is not a bad thing. It's just a transition from here to the other side. He is in a better place now even though he didnt want to go yet. Is it not true that far too often we tell our parents we dont want something that is good for us? The same with God and his children. God is great and can only take the great souls to greater places. If we can talk to Randy now I bet would ask that we follow in his footsteps to inspire others and to change the world to a better place. He would be happier knowing many more lives are changed even after he is gone.

We all struggle through this journey of life from Human to Divine.
Randy is a Divine Star now looking down and smiling at us all. He has accomplished some of this Divinity while he was still in human form. He didn't need to be a priest to change lives or touch the soul of others even those who are far away. The Divine Master of the Universe is so very pleased with Randy and his accomplishments hence the reason he took Randy to the higher regions to perform a much more needed and greater task. Those who had the opportunity to know him, to meet with him especially his dear family who will always be a part of him, are all so very fortunate! Jai and the children are more blessed than many of us. More good things and great souls would come their way to fill the gap we mortal feel. Inspite fo Randy's busy schedule in heaven he will take frequent breaks to get a glimpse of his family during those special moments.

So far I never know whom I want to be. Randy, I wish to be a person like you;
I am sure, your blood has the same attitude and knowledge like you. They will be definitely superior in this world.

Few oaths, I take in respect to you. I am sure, Like you are a true hero, champion, successful man, Likewise I will also do my level best to be..

To Jai and the kids,
What a legacy Randy has left for you and your children. His "Last Lecture" has been, and will continue too be a source of inspiration for me. My God rest his soul and continue to bless you and your family,
The world is an emptier place without Randy.

Peace & Love,
Gerry U.

We couldn't ask for Star Trek to be in better hands than JJ Abrams.

How incredible that he reached out to the amazing Dr. Paush and brought him on board.

Randy Pausch was the kind of man I can only aspire to be. Hist last lecture made me laugh, cry, and realize what it means to be human. In a time when everyone seems focused on hollywood harlots and television tarts, he was a real man, a true hero, and will be greatly missed.

TWO THUMBS UP!!!!! I am so grateful to have read, The Last Lecture", it was a MUST read for ALL!!! I wish I had had the opportunity to meet Dr. Pausch-because I would have liked to tell him that his book brought tears to my eyes both for him and his wife. There is no doubt that Dr. Pausch was an ALL inspiring man, but my heart aches for his wife, Jai. I have been married (20) years to a Very wonderful man, who also read the book. He like me felt very touched when during the lecture and after the birthday celebration, Jai came on stage, hugged Randy, and said, "Please don't die"! To Jai-may your love for your husband live on with your children, and you feel blessed to ALWAYS have him in your Heart!!
