Interesting idea about flying cities on Venus… but unfortunately it’s not the *first* time I’ve heard such an idea. Cowboy Bebop had an episode that took place in exactly that kind of place… a floating habitat in the atmosphere of Venus.

Don’t know how well-known the idea has ever been though, given Bebop’s low audience number relatively speaking.

KAYLA, thanks for the THEMIS link — awsome stuff! I spent countless hours in Alaska watching the Northern Lights. I describe the experience frequently in my first novel. You’ve put me in a quandry, however. Should I update the explaination in my novel to match the new theories? Things to make me go –Hummmmm?????
