Yes I realize the new actors aren't intended to resemble the originals in every physical detail and I'm fine with that. But c'mon... Shatner/Kirk's hazelish-brown eyes are iconic to the character. Anyone else agree? Also, I really hope Finnegan is at least referenced in this film. Ever since watching "Shore Leave" as a kid, I've always wished there was further insight into the Finnegan sagas. His presence at The Academy must have been very significant to warrant such a deeply enjoyable ass-kicking.
