#3 Wow--I didn't even recall the "Day of the Daleks" connection. I'll have to go check it out now! I haven't seen nearly enough of the Pertwee-Who episodes. (Heresy, I know.)

Can`t wait untill the trade-paperback is out on Amazon!

Although the last novel "Missing in Action" was not as good as the previous one`s and a lot of Fans think that PAD-Guy`s "Before Dishonor" TNG Novel sucks, I will read it - when I have time to do it.

I have to read the Mirror-Universe NF-Story, too. So many books and so little time!

I`m also looking forward to the next NF-Novel!

Peter David Rocks!

And still a pleasure to see the only German Starfleet Officer in the whole Trek-Universe again!

I appreciate it a LOT that Mr. David did invent this character and by doing so, is proving that Scheisse like ENT`s "Stormfront" is not the only way to see my Homecountry in Star Trek. (like obviously Mr. Berman and Mr. Braga do).

I love the New Frontier series and I'm looking forward to part #5. Maybe these five-issues comic book were meant for the fans of NF? I have all the NF novels that have come out, and I even get the other Star Trek novels in which the NF characters make a "cameo appearance". So I look forward to when new books and comics come out.

NEW FRONTIER ROCKS!!!

TOS Klingons are the best. (No offense, Worf. I don't want to be looking over my shoulder 300 years from now!) TOS drew on popular conventions of the time. 'Errand of Mercy' owes a great deal to 'The Grand Illusion,' with the classically trained John Colicos doing his own turn on Erich von Stroheim's Capt. von Rauffenstein. (Sue me, I googled to check the spelling.) Like Rauffenstein, Kor sees an elite and equal opponent. He'd love to play Kirk at the game of war, but doesn't relish the thought of simply having him executed. Anyway, that's how I've always seen TOS Klingons -- as WWI Germans; not Nazis. Romulans are, of course, Hollywood Romans, with their constant intrigues and power struggles. Movie era and TNG Klingons and Romulans ran hot and cold. Sometimes, you got Chrisopher Plummer quoting Shakespeare; other times you got the cartoonish Christopher Lloyd looking like The Reverend Jim in battle gear. On the Rommies, I'd take Carolyn Seymour or Andreas Katsulas alongside Mark Lenard. On the other hand, PLEASE, let's leave out the rubber foreheads. They're supposed to be indistinguishable from Vulcans, remember??
There -- rant over.

I love TOS Klingons. Really looking forward to Byrne's The Hollow Crown. If it's as good as his Romulans spotlight issue then this two-parter should be a real treat.

First -- odd aside... the caption on the second image seems to have been futzed... but to be honest, that one (which ties into my last review) is actually funnier than the one I'd originally chosen for it...

#7:
Did you mean Fragile Glass perhaps?
 http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/Fragile_Glass

Or maybe the DC saga:
 http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/The_Mirror_Universe_Saga

(My guess is the second of those two...)

#5:
Apparently, yes, that is Koloth.

The artwork in the hollow crown series looks great. I remember having a Movie Era Mirror universe series about ten years back that was incredible. Wish I could find that again.

Check out the links with this article... great background!

#5 At first I thought he had one of those Sylvia & Korob-like aliens from Catspaw in his hands! That would be bizarre...
