Good Lord! People! We haven’t even mentioned Kodos the Executioner on this thread! Who’s gonna play Kodos?? If he’s not in the film I will boycott it etc etc!! And Hoshi Sato! Who’s gonna play her?! I saw in teeny tiny print on a viewscreen in the 2-part Mirror Universe ENT episodes a line that says Hoshi was there too and was executed by Kodos!! WHO WILL PLAY SENIOR CITIZEN HOSHI SATO?!?! It’s canon, people! Look it up!

Yeah I just don’t see how there’s room for a *story* in there if all you’re doing is trying to connect all these (to non-hardcore fans) obscure references together. Even to me, an avowed hardcore fan, that sounds boring. Do I *have* to see who the “blonde lab technician” Kirk nearly married was? Hardly. We’ve all got our suspicions and theories on that, why would we *need* to have it spelled out? Who knows? Coulda been someone we never even heard of before. Better, who cares? Its a minor mystery.
