I never got a chance to go to it before it closed but i hope they keep the Tng/Voy/Ds9 like theme and that they keep the attractions they had,(Borg invasion/Klingon Encounter) BUT if they do i theme based off of the original series AND/OR the new movie(WHICH WAS GOOD BUT I WOULD NOT WANT AN ATTRACTION BASED OFF FROM IT) Will be a BIG DISSAPOINTMENT!And i won’t even consider going there!

#53–I sure hope there will be weddings there; I for one was looking forward to having mine at the Experience when it was at the Hilton, but those plans were derailed. Now there is hope that maybe, just maybe, it could still happen.

#57–Take a chill pill. TNG was (and still is) a huge part of Trek. While it can never hurt to make sure TOS and such are included in the Experience, it would also do a great disservice to Trek in general if TNG were ignored.

Gosh darnit, I want my wedding on the bridge of the D! :P

hi – I am also a former employee of STTE and although some actors have moved on there are many of us looking forward to reapplying when the Experience re-opens. Rumor has it that the attraction itself is not opening until 2010. As always, rumors are not fact so fingers crossed that it opens in 2009. Restraunt and retail is a different story. They may open sooner …. alot sooner. Again, just rumors.

Sweet Flying Picard, this is the best news I’ve heard in ages!
Please keep us updated as to when it will have the official opening!
Can’t wait to start shopping again!
Are they going to change the menu at Quarks at all?
Because that thing definitly needs some revamping!

I knew I was flying over in July this year so this news is great. With the rest of the attraction to open next year I guess I’m coming back again then as well.
