why do you have x-men: first class characters listed as rogue, angel, colossus, jubilee and shadowcat? the characters are cyclops, jean grey, iceman, angel, and beast since you're referring to the comic. unless you're referring to ultimate x-men where the x-men are younger as well or you're referring to the characters of the movie being written.

Every time I read Sci-Fi Saturday, it warms my heart to see that after more than 40 years Star Trek TOS is still doing quite well in the ratings as a syndicated show -- even better than more recent sf offerings. Wow! It's kind of unbelievable.

There's a longer BSG commercial at AICN. This was just a minute ad. These last 10 BSG episodes will be awesome. Lost and BSG come on next month!

I'm suprised none of the BSG fans have even noticed this yet, but the preview BSG video gets to 2 seconds then stops. I clicked to go the link, and it does the same there. The video is thus broken. Please provide a new one, I wanna see what's gonna happen next!

I think more entertaining than Outlander was Saturn 3 or 5 or some number, with Kirk Douglas and Farrah Fawcett, and a creepy weirded out Harvey Keitel (when is he not creepy in a role?) As I recall the movie stunk but Farrah's got a great nude scene in it.

And again,....instead of the dancer/choreographer they usually have, whom I'm sure is deserving, but generally no one's ever heard of, let's get Stan Lee a medal and a trip to the White House for a Kennedy Center award.

Newtype311, Charles Trotter

I misread part of the Variety article. Looking back at it now, they're saying that the comic will likely draw elements from the comic. Then they went on to suggest who some of the characters could be and listed those characters.

Thanks for pointing it out. I should have caught that.

So they cancel Pushing Daisies (nominated for 10 emmy awards, mind you) and Eli Stone, put TSCC & Dollhouse on a surefire path to cancellation on Fridays, and yet bother with retooling Knight Rider (surely the stupidest show anyone ever could have thought of bringing back - hell, clips from that abomination are fodder for The Soup now) when it has already failed and doesn't even get the viewership that the canceled shows do. I will say this - at least NBC gives its shows a chance. If Heroes or 30 Rock were on any other network it would have been axed by now.

Though I hear Chuck is on the way out too, so maybe I'm giving NBC too much credit. I'm tempted to just cancel my TV service. Why bother getting invested in these shows when they don't even give them a chance and cut them off right when they get interesting? It's pathetic. Take a dose of common sense guys - genre shows will ALWAYS have a limited appeal. Pushing Daisies was never going to be Grey's Anatomy (though at the rate that turd is sinking, it may be off soon, too).
