Voyager should have been like this. Janeway (Roslyn) negotiates a truce with the inhabitants of a rogue Borg cube, Tuvok (Adama) takes up arms against Chakotay (Zarek) and the treacherous Harry Kim who try to take over the ship in a Maquis putsch. Paris (Lee) and B'Elanna (Kara) kick ass as they race to save the Pregnant 7-of-9, who is being held in the brig.

BSG made the Star Trek franchise look old-fashioned. It's ironic that, as BSG draws to a close a substantially tougher, modernised Star Trek is due back in the cinema!

A fantastic 40 minutes of TV!

I suspect, given the bizarre turn of events, that we'll be cheering as Cylon raiders wipe out the Galactica's mutinous Viper pilots and and Centurions storm the battlestar, machine-gunning Gaeta's mutineers! :)

Laura to Geata & co.: "No, not now, not ever!" "I'm coming for all of you!"

When Laura Roslyn shouts--"I'm coming for YOU," I thought she was saying that against the Cylons when it showed it in the previews. Now next weekend we'll get to see that she's actually shouting that to the rough colonials. And for once in a lone while I was siding with her.

HOWEVER: What happened to diplomacy? Whey didn't Adama talk with the quarm about the changes he wanted to make. He could have presented the facts, what he wanted to do and where he wanted to take the fleet. I'd have liked to see where that would have led. Adama did a reverse to Obama; at least Obama is explaining what he wants and is trying to reach beyond his own ideals.

I'm with you regarding Helo. He seems to be the only one that has some sort of witts to him. I hope he ends up one of the survivors of the fleet. I know Starbuck is not perfect but I see her as someone who is trying to do the right thing as well.

I will hate to see this series end as it is really getting fun. It is still a bit dark for me. I think by the time the show ends you might see some light moments before everyone is let to their "end.

I disagree that there is no one left to root for... why not Helo? He's by far my favorite character, mostly because he always does the "right thing." He is the only one to have always held onto a nobility and honor, where everyone else has succumbed to their flaws.

I root for Helo! I have to say though... since he is the only remaining character that hasn't turned to the dark side, I feel like he might not make it to the end. Poor Dee was usually optimistic, and she... well, yeah.

I LOVE BSG!

Is BSG well acted, well written and does it have high production values?...Yes to all three. It also is one of the darkest series ever made. Its dipped in darkness. It uses up the darkness and then makes more. I don't watch BSG. Its too damn dark for my tastes. As my sister is fond of saying Battlestar Toodarktica. If I want dark I'll turn on the evening news. I want hero's and happy endings once in awhile. With BSG it always darkest just before its pitch BLACK!...even with its worst episodes I'll take any Star Trek or Stargate over BSG.

My provider is Comcast and I pay for Digital Cable. Sci-Fi takes up a small margin of my screen and is a little dull and blurry quality... like standard channels have always been. That's the way I had to watch Enterprise back when it was first run. Fun, huh? Anyway...I now get to watch it with 1080 clarity, and that makes it so much better. As for Galactica, I watch it on partial screen since it’s not HD and have to put up with the dull quality. This is why I look forward to having the series on Blu-Ray so I can watch it all on HD. Maybe after Feb 17 things will look up for cable.

I keep rooting that the Cylons kill them all! THE OATH showed not 1 likable human character. The only ones I sympathized with was pregnant 6 and Athena & her kid.
