Genesis trilogy? Does that mean there will be a set with Treks 2, 3 and 4 only? Because those are the only films I want.

Also, Blu-Ray is nice but upconverts are a nice way to enjoy your existing dvd collection on your hdtv. Just make sure you plug it in with an hdmi cable, which you have to buy separately, or it won’t look any different. Of course if you’re intending to upgrade to Blu-Ray, I’m pretty sure all Blu-Ray players upconvert std. dvd’s, but as always, double check before you buy.

#74 – The film has always been PG. The DVD version matches the theatrical one. The original DVD commentary talks about the changes made when they decided to go from PG-13 to PG.

OK, I do love “Quest,” but I wanna wait for the BR release, and I do hope they include the ORIGINAL theatrical release, which if I recall, had more colorful language!! Correct me if I’m wrong, but when I saw the original release in the theaters, some of the funniest lines used more saucy expletives, which were then censored in the PG-rated DVD & cable releases. One of the best lines was when Weaver & Allen are about to negotiate the “chompers” corridor, & Weaver shouts out, “Well, f*ck that!!” The cleaned version had her say “screw that” instead. I know they were steering the movie to a more family-oriented market, but it was better the first time around!! F*cking disappointing!!

And for those (few) High School Musical fans here, the young version of Laredo in the “classic” GQ series clips was played by Corbin Bleu, who played Chad in the three HSM films.

At least I can finally get rid of my old copy of GQ…
