Dep1701: save the image on your machine in My Picture file then click on Start, then Control Panel, then Display and go from there. The image will be automatically resized to fit your desktop. Presuming you use Windows?

On the kingonsattack site-HOW DOES THIS KIND OF ADOLESCENT BRUTALITY seem funny? On my first visit yes but on revisiting NO NO.

Can you imagine some kid Crushing the King's walnuts at some live appearance! BK would deserve it! And the lawsuit to follow!

How about STYLE? Why is it always masculine assertion that is pushed as cool and that everyone has to be on a testerone high?

Trekkies deserve better for their undying loyalty. Paramount and the rest are only out for the bucks and they do not really care about your glasses, if you know what I mean. Illogical, as Spock would say.

I hate to sound really stupid, but can anyone give me advice on how to resize those high-res images to something that I can fit on my desktop? I have a paint program on this computer, but I can't figure out how to crop or resize images. It's frustrating.

NOT JUST FOR GEEKS ANYMORE??!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!

If I catch the person who wrote that, I'll show them that a baseball bat-toting 'geek' is nothing to laugh about.

Oh, and I got all the Star Trek glasses from BK. They are really cool.

And by the way, everyone: this video is an all-time great. Trek is truly, officially, 100% back in prime time!

As Trekkers/ies, we have been living as crazy fans of a property that comes on strong, then disappears. Comes on strong. then disappears again.

The last time it disappeared, in 2005, the message from CBS/Paramount was 'Sorry. You're right. We suck. Goodnight,"

Trekkers were told that Star Trek sucks by Paramount/CBS itself. It reinforced a lot of the embarrassment Trekkers feel these days in keeping the flame lit.

Because of this, Deep Space Nine and Voyager are off the air, while TOS-R airs at 4am, and ENT and TNG get lucky re-runs on 'SyFy."

Now, the new film's reviews are glowing, and many have said "we are reminded now why we've loved the show and these characters for 40 years." I realize they're discussing TOS, but it asks the question why CBS/Paramount screwed it up in the first place.

Star Trek never died. It just actively lost the will to live thanks to CBS. And people like the darn thing. Not just all of us here, but regular people, too. Lots of them.

Trekkers seem to hide under rocks when the sun comes out these days. I think we should hoist the flag high this summer, and get this bastard going again. "There will never be a better time."
