Interesting watching Zach and Chris talking together – Nimoy and Shat always had such great chemistry off screen being close friends. Nice to see the evident camaraderie here as well.

But with all these positive reviews, I do not think this movie will do badly at the box office. Is it Star Trek though? Guess I will know after I see it.

JJ’s quote about making a “good movie” and not a “Star Trek” movie reminds me of Stuart Baird’s comments about Nemesis not being a Star Trek movie but being an “action movie.”

The best I can say is it is sure worth a try and if he slips just keep trying again and again, and just remember arrogance and playing king of the hill only makes your crew think less of you.

Regarding the schedule for guest appearance of Star Trek actors on talk shows:

I think I heard in Fallon’s interview with JJ Abrams that he’s going to have both Spock actors, together, on Friday. Did I hear that right, and can we get confirmation of this? That will be a cool interview.

Makes me wonder if we’ll see a tag-team Spock interview on any of the other shows. That is must-see TV for Trek fans.
