It's one thing to call Spock that in context of the new movie, but if any group of characters should have a modifier attached to their names it should be those from the new universe. I suggest sub-prime as in Chris Pine (Jim Kirk Sub-prime). And hey, I liked the new movie, but I'm getting a little tired of this marginalization of everything that has gone before.
