I like the redesigned Defiant. Its like upgrading a nimitz class air craft carrier. The captain of a ship like that would be one BAMF. Hope it is equipped with a phase cloking device, just like the USS Phoenix! Multi phasic quantom torpedoes, and a fully reactive blade of armor, primary and secondary sheilds. Now that would be the shit!

Never played any MMO before and this could be my first, but even buddies of mine that have played MMO’s before say this looks to be the same old crud with a new face. No tool bars and such is what they are spouting. I don’t know what that means, but I trust them.

#88 NO! the Author is false (as I wrote in #46, it’s 3D, it’s just doesn’t have rolls/loops). /facepalm I really wish the author would change that, how can you have something so wrong in a post like this and expect to have credibility when you say things like:

“However, for now the game looks like a standard MMO with a Star Trek skin on it”

even though the author gave no explanation as to why. Not being mean, but you guys should take this statement with a grain of salt until he learns more of the basic gameplay mechanics and pays more attention to what was displayed on the screen. The 3D movement all but smacks you in the face. If he missed that, he obviously missed a lot…
