9. Anthony Lewis - September 2, 2009

I thought this was going to get a bit repetitive but that ended up being parts of its charm. The scene with the kids totally cracked me up!

10. Lindsay - September 2, 2009

hahah this is soo funny!
i was laughing the whole time!

11. johnny doe - September 2, 2009

it would have been funnier if chris pine was the therapist

12. CAPT KRUNCH - September 2, 2009

Spock should talk that way in TREK 12
F***ING illogical Captain!
That final scene was priceless!

13. Valenti - September 2, 2009

Really liked this.

[it would have been funnier if chris pine was the therapist]

That, would’ve been perfect.

14. Sunfell - September 2, 2009

That film should have a beverage spew warning. Zach really has great comedy chops!

Loved it!

15. Blake Powers - September 2, 2009

Heckuva lot better than when he was dousing himself in milk. Bravo for Humor.

16. Mr. Anonymous - September 2, 2009

20. Bill Lutz - September 2, 2009

21. davidfuchs - September 2, 2009

I saw the ending coming, but it was still amusing… yeah, Pine as the therapist would have been awesome, but I’ve got a soft spot in my heart for Brent Sexton (“Life” was a great show).

22. Rastaman - September 2, 2009

Well, that was a bit of mental diarrhea, but I was still amused. Zach’s acting was good.

23. PunkSpocker - September 2, 2009

SPLAT! Quinto is crazy dark funny. I like him even more after seeing that! I really hope the writers smoke a biggie and give new Spock an “amok” type scene. Peace.

24. OneBuckFilms - September 2, 2009

I wonder how many kids are looking for stuff he’s starring in?

Playing Spock means becoming, for all intents and purposes, a role model.

Dropping the F-bomb isn’t what makes this funny, and material such as this is inappropriate for younger Trek who would be looking for other stuff with Zachary Quinto in.

I’m sorry, but as amusing as it was, it was not the smartest move.

25. Liz - September 2, 2009

Really surprised me. Better than Andy and Buddy. Kind of sweet and kind of wierd.

26. Ashley - September 2, 2009

bahaha, that was great. xD

<3 Zachary Quinto

27. ster julie - September 2, 2009

Talk about the Anti-Spock!! I loved the twinkle in ZQ’s eyes when he said “I have sisters.” Bless his little heart!

28. Aussie-Steve - September 2, 2009

Man. How can you not love Zachary Quinto after watching THAT? For realzies!

29. The Last Maquis - September 2, 2009

30. JimJ - September 2, 2009

Replace the gun with phasers, then it’s f’ing funny! lol

31. Groggle19 - September 2, 2009

I love that ending!!! “Oopsies.”

32. Syn4Ever - September 2, 2009

I laughed till I cried with this! AMAZING!!!

Here’s to hoping he hosts SNL!

33. lnx - September 2, 2009

Lighten up

34. jocor - September 2, 2009

Despite it’s infinite stupidity…I loved it.

35. Enterprise - September 3, 2009

Even Spock’s doing viral videos now. What’s next? Punked?

36. Jakob - September 3, 2009

Hm. Moderately funny.

37. Mel - September 3, 2009

I was so sure that at some point in the video he would shoot her accidentally. I was only surprised that they were both already so old when that happened. What hand control! lol

38. OneBuckFilms - September 3, 2009

33 – Tell that to parents. Like I said, though, it was amusing. :)

39. Denise de Arman - September 3, 2009

I would let ZQ kidnap me anytime.

40. Denise de Arman - September 3, 2009

Without the “oops” at the end, of course.

41. dmduncan - September 3, 2009

Most illogical.

42. Mike - September 3, 2009

Get him on SNL, stat!

43. Sheesh - September 3, 2009

Get real. An actor shouldn’t have to monitor what they do because they’re viewed as “role models”. Its up to the parents to monitor what their children do and view. Furthermore, there is a HUGE difference between an actor and a part they might happen to play.

We’re already dealing with enough censorship because people would rather have government and other authorities filter material instead of people themselves having to take on that responsibility.

44. OneBuckFilms - September 3, 2009

43 – You have a point, but there is such a thing as public image.

What if a Disney character was portrayed as robbing a store, dropping f-bombs and engaging in adult situations?

You see, you and I know what reality is, but a younger kid can be far more impressionable and open to influence.

“But Zachary does it, why can’t I do it?”.

This is why we have movie ratings.

45. Ashley - September 3, 2009

That’s ridiculous.. Zachary Quinto is not a Disney character nor is he any sort of ‘corporate brand’. He’s his own person and like any other actor, musician, or artist, he can change his ‘image’ or steer his career in any direction he wishes. If someone makes him into a role model, that’s their issue. They are the ones imposing that on him, and I doubt he has purposely set out to become a role model for anyone. (*cough*Sylar*cough* -_-)

46. OneBuckFilms - September 3, 2009

45 – Is it? Is it really a rediculous argument?

He’s stepping into the role of a heroic character who can be viewed as a role model (Spock).

Growing up, Nimoy’s Spock was a BIG influence on me in terms of valuing logic, and influenced my IT career, and showed me that one does not have to be like everyone else to be accepted.

What is the “I will kill this f-in b**tch” “Spock” going to show the next generation?

Sylar is clearly the villain, clearly bad as portrayed.

In this, he can be seen as the star/hero of the piece.

47. OneBuckFilms - September 3, 2009

45 – I am not about censorship, it’s about acknowledging the role he plays to his fans, and the example he sets.

48. OneBuckFilms - September 3, 2009

45 – One thing also to note is that Kids COME TO THIS SITE.

Is this really appropriate for younger fans to see?

49. Datalore - September 3, 2009

46-Ummm, Have you EVER seen the William Shatner roast, when in teh beginning him and Nimoy are dropping F bombs at each other? If you haven’t, it’s on this site, and it’s classic. How do you explain that?

50. OneBuckFilms - September 3, 2009

49 – I don’t. But Shatner’s fanbase among kids is far lower.

51. OneBuckFilms - September 3, 2009

Look, nobody is going to convince anybody here. Lets move on.

52. Enterprise - September 4, 2009

I don’t think kids give a crap about celebrity roasts.

53. jenny - September 5, 2009

Hostage is only found on the web, correct? Kids don’t need to be surfing without Parental controls.

Surely you don’t mean to restrict us all to films suitable to the understanding and maturity level of 12 year olds.

54. Rachel - September 5, 2009

This made my LIFE! I love Zachary Quinto, he’s great.
Cant wait until Heroes season 4 :)

55. tricia - December 6, 2009

This was hilarious! I don’t know why some people are trying to make it about something other than comedy. He was playing a role….leave it at that! is represented by Gorilla Nation. Please contact Gorilla Nation for ad rates, packages and general advertising information.
