He’s stepping into the role of a heroic character who can be viewed as a role model (Spock).

Growing up, Nimoy’s Spock was a BIG influence on me in terms of valuing logic, and influenced my IT career, and showed me that one does not have to be like everyone else to be accepted.

What is the “I will kill this f-in b**tch” “Spock” going to show the next generation?

Sylar is clearly the villain, clearly bad as portrayed.

In this, he can be seen as the star/hero of the piece.
