If this is a precursor to a new ST film then it could be similar in nature to the Cortana Letters. Before the release of the First of the Halo trilogy (a game made by Microsoft where you play as a super soldier in the future and take out giant rings that are designed to kill all sentient life to stop a parasite called the flood) an ex-Bungie (the company who made the game) employee sent several emails to a Bungie fan site claiming to be Cortana. These were jumped on (like this video has been) and loads of speculation started (like this). It was basically a huge publicity stunt by the Ex-employee who had nothing to do. The letters were written with very abstract meanings which lead to loads of people thinking they were some kind of riddle. When Halo was finally released people bought it to see what all the fuss was about. In the final of the three games several of the quotes were used during gameplay, leaving the player who had read the letters thinking about what they mean even more. This could be something similar. Someone on the St film team speaks Klingon (if badly) and made a video to be put on the internet to get people wanting to know more. Trust me more will be coming.

you guys that go all fanatical make me sick… it’s you creeps that push people away. Enjoy and stop your dang griping, nobody wants to hear it. Like humans, Star Trek isn’t perfect. So enjoy what you can get out of it.

Topic is the video, let’s try and stay on topic and trace the steps… Anyone that followed the star trek arg had a blast, I miss the chase and look forward to seeing where this one goes.
