Everyone that was complaining of the lighting of the 1st movie,did you ever watch how they made it? Everything was explained and I loved the movie. I think that they did an awesome job of casting the characters. Everyone of them to me acted in the same way that original’s did. I was not thrilled about Spock and Uhura cause in the older movies she and Scotty had a thing,but I agree an odd triangle with Spock,Chapel and Uhura would be GREAT!
Does anyone know or did you count how many times Kirk was hanging over a ledge or cliff in 2009?I think I counted at least 8!!!So onwards and up Love them all.

In my opinion the next movie could be about relations between Earth and New Vulcan. Peace and political union and one goverment.

Oh God, Please no more Borg!! Boring!! Probably the worst stories ever written for Star Trek. Leave the borg at home.
New Story lines for the new crew. LOVE THEM!! They picked the perfect people to play the crew when they were young and just starting out.
Can not wait for the new film.
Willing to wait for JJ Abrams to direct,. He gets it.
Been a Trekie all my life!!
Shatner can make an appearence all he wants! He is the orginal! Love him!!

YES! More BORG!

I have been re-watching Voyager and the “old” Borg would probably not fit in well with the rebooted format.

A rebooted Borg with the new time line’s “enhancements” would be truly awesome!
