just saw youtube clip of her on KTLA, talking about the show and New Zealand…ummmmm…she KINDA doesnt look like what I remember from Enterprise…LOLL….in the posted pics above she looks how I remember her but from the KTLA clip —– i dunno…she didnt need anythin done….hope she didnt cause she’s always been HOT! i hope she didnt go the heidi montag route

I still can’t believe Raimi went and did this low budget show and got fired from spider-man. That sucks, seriously. Is it me or are they rebooting x-men and spider man to have a younger cast because of JJ’s hit star trek film. Even the low budget 20 million dollar japanese live action and cgi space battleship yamato film looks inspired by JJ Trek.

I mean before it was lets copy batman begins, casino royale, the dark knight now its copy trek 2009. Has hollywood lost all ideas and original thought.

Comparison between T’Pol and 7of9 is a close race but I would have to give the edge to T ‘Pol and make her the clear winner based only on the fact that T’Pol/ Jolene would fill about two of my fantasies. She was great on stage at Vegas ST Con in 2008.

That said, her acting was better and she exceeded her role as a Vulcan. Perhaps, the best Vulcan next to Spock out of Tuvok, Savick, Soval or any one else. You do have the TOS Sarek as a classic icon but Spock and T’Pol had the problem of dealing with humans and emotions.

Who knows how much more she could have developed in her character over 7 seasons. Paramount should not have pulled the plug and the producers shoudl have given Manny Cota free reign in story telling to connect TOS & TNG stories. Just as he did with the Augments tied to Klingon smooth vs bumpy foreheads. While is may be reaching a bit as an explanation, at least they gave up with an answer to the question. It sure beats “Well, TV had a smaller budget”

#26 :: Amen. We need some female Vulcans up in the new franchise. They’re smart, sexy, and always hard to get.
In other words, perfect for this generation. ;3

#39 :: I LOVED the Xindi Arc. It had me literally on the edge of my seat when I got into that season, and least in the latter half of the third season. So cool. SO COOL.

But, yeah, I agree: The storylines involving our favourite TOS races of Andorians, Klingons, Tellarites (we never got to see enough of them!), and a few others were really good. Better than season three, even..
