The weekend of October 22-24, Creation Entertainment held an Official Star Trek Convention in Rosemont (near Chicago), Illinois. I was there to speak and to enjoy the festivities, and so I thought I would share my impressions of the weekend. We also have a photo slideshow from the event.
Details On “The Captains of the Final Frontier” Bio Channel Documentary Airing Next Week

On Wednesday, November 03 at 9 pm (ET) the Bio Channel will air a new two-hour Star Trek-focused documentary called “The Captains of the Final Frontier”. Unlike William Shatner’s The Captains documentary about the actors who played captains, this Bio Channel doc will focus on the fictional characters themselves. The Bio Channel has provided us with a detailed description, see that below.

Leonard Nimoy was not able to attend due to surgery, however he still made news via an announcement from Star Trek III actor Christopher Lloyd, who revealed Nimoy is returning to Fringe.

Now that scripting has started on the new Star Trek movie, we shall expect more and more rumors to crop up.
