It’s a masterpiece of comedy but I’m sure you humorless analytical Trekkies won’t laugh at it. :-)

2. DS9 IN PRIME TIME - November 18, 2011

HAHA good stuff. I hate state farm!!!!!

3. Fillip - November 18, 2011

Fire is so cool!

4. Enterprisingguy - November 18, 2011

Sort of lame.

I think Shatner’s comedic talents are over rated. I guess he’s having fun doing it though.

5. Ensign RedShirt - November 18, 2011

That’s easily the best thing I’ve seen Bill do since Boston Legal went off the air.

6. Khan was Framed! - November 18, 2011

Shatner is Canadian; he celebrated Thankgiving in October.

7. Thomas Evans - November 18, 2011

I still miss Denny Crane!

8. lewisphoto - November 18, 2011

He really looks amazing for 80.

9. Phil123 - November 18, 2011

hahaha rediciously long!!! looks great for his age.

10. Steve-o - November 18, 2011

This was fantastic. i actually really enjoyed it. after watching the bohemian rhapsody music video i had my doubts :p

11. Vultan - November 18, 2011

This may be a simplistic question, but why don’t the turkey fryer manufacturers just add a large funnel to the top of the fryer to prevent the oil from spilling over and meeting the flames?

Anyway, I loved the videos. Kudos to Shat for sharing this very special message. ;)

12. Cygnus-X1 - November 18, 2011

Only the Shat could make turkey fryer safety compelling.

The pyrotechnics helped, too.

13. - November 18, 2011

Off topic but Kirks fight with the Gorn has topped Yahoo’s list of top 10 worst action scenes ever.

14. Rod of Rassilon - November 18, 2011

Dingle Dangle!

The secrets of the universe and ST:V have now been revealed to me.

15. Commodore Mike of the Terran Empire - November 18, 2011

I posted this link of the live chat and on another thred and to tips at Trekmovie. Glad everyone liked it.

16. Red Dead Ryan - November 18, 2011

I think these videos are a perfect metaphor for what went wrong with “Star Trek V”!

17. Harry Ballz - November 18, 2011

This is what happens when a HAM tries to cook a TURKEY.

18. Iowagirl - November 19, 2011

#1 I think you have a point there…;-)

#13 Might be one of the reasons why I like it so much…:)

19. Let Them Eat Plomeek Soup - November 19, 2011

I have never had a fried turkey in my life…good thing I learn this stuff early.

I can’t believe Shatner’s 80. He looks great for his age.

20. Harry Ballz - November 19, 2011

I just watched William Shatner on Piers Morgan Tonight.

I’ll give him credit…..he looked good, lucid and well-spoken for 80.

21. Tanner Waterbury - November 19, 2011

So…. is this video considered hammy…. or jive turkey?

22. El Chup - November 19, 2011

Why in God’s name would anyone want to fry a turkey??????????????????????????????????

Must be a yank thing.

23. NoRez - November 19, 2011

Fantastic interview last night on Piers Morgan; intelligent discussion with just the right amount of joking around. And Shat looked amazing. He should maybe move into Piers’ studio.

24. trekker 5 - November 19, 2011

Awesome video! I laughed myself through it! :) Needless to say,I’ll be putting my turkey in the oven! :)

25. Andy Patterson - November 19, 2011

I don’t think anyone needs a deep-fried turkey but I still love the Shat.

@20 And Harry, you gave Bill a compliment?

26. Harry Ballz - November 19, 2011

Yes, Andy, I know………..maybe I should see a doctor!

27. Phobos - November 19, 2011

wow, Shatner is looking in top shape in that video.

He should be in ST 2012/13

28. - November 20, 2011

He is looking good. Looks like he has lost some weight.

I think he could still be Kirk, just a few more pounds then a tv movie based in the new universe where an older Kirk, Spock and McCoy have to team up and give their lives saving the universe one last time.

Send them out in a blaze of glory.

It’s possible and would be huge with the fans if done right.

And Shatner has continued to serve his fan base well after many would have retired, he deserves it too.

29. Charla - November 20, 2011

He does look great! Thanks for the PSA Trekmovie staff- I may try that this Thanksgiving- YUM!!

30. Harry Ballz - November 20, 2011

In constructing the turkey-frier, Shatner has the same look of smug self-satisfaction he had when he was building the cannon to defeat the Gorn in “Arena”! Yowza!

31. Charla - November 20, 2011

^^^ True! LOL

32. John from Cincinnati - November 21, 2011

Shatner looks better at 80 than he did at 60

33. Hash - November 22, 2011
