See below for videos from Patrick Stewart, Armin Shimerman, Bob Picardo, Robert Duncan McNeill, LeVar Burton, Benedict Cumberbatch, Zoe Saldana, Jeri Ryan and JJ Abrams.

More Trek Celebs Take The Ice Bucket Challenge

Gates McFadden challenged Patrick Stewart earlier in the week and he took up the challenge in his unique way.

Here is LeVar Burton from earlier in the week (who was one of the people who nominated Brent Spiner)

Robert Duncan McNeill took up the challenge and passed it on to Jeri Ryan

Here is Jeri Ryan (she has also nominated Jonathan Frakes, who hasn’t taken her up yet).

I’ll tell ya, Patrick Stewart is slicker than whalesh*t on an ice flow!

Lol oh Harry Ballz, thats so American of you.

Have to admit Patrick Stewart’s may be my favorite. Clever. And was that Irish whiskey?

Crossing “See Jeri Ryan in wet t-shirt contest” off my (ice) bucket list.

Yes!

Oh, it’s Chivas. Well,…still liked it.

Patrick Stewart handled it like a sir, as they say.

…and a win for our Captain!! :-)

@2 Commodore Adams “Lol oh Harry Ballz, thats so American of you”

Thanks, Commodore Adams!

Actually, I’m Canadian, but, hey, I like the way you think!

Cumberbatch’s is the best by far, Witty, tells what ALS is and how to donate, naked in the shower, wet t-shirt, sharp suit, a motorbike, a Jaguar… Perfection.

Some of our older stars might want to be careful about such a shock to the system. I hope no one challenges Mr. Nimoy.

The stars who live in California might want to take Zachary Quinto’s intelligent and classy route: he posted a photograph of the e-mail he received thanking him for his donation to Project A. L. S. and also said, “in light of the staggering drought in california and the desperate need for clean drinking water in developing countries i opt for donating directly to project ALS in lieu of an icebucket challenge.”

You can see Mr. Quinto’s contribution at http://instagram.com/p/r9shNWLi5F/

Ha Patrick Stewart is so awesome! I love how he didn’t say a word the whole time.

I always appreciate the slice-of-life nature of these videos. For example, I found myself as interested in Patrick Stewart’s surroundings as in his actions. I’m assuming that that’s part of a sitting room in his home. It looks very comfortable.

One day I’d like to see a feature on Mr. Stewart’s life on 60 Minutes interviewing him about his career and how, as a Briton, he views being seen as as much an American as an international icon. After all, he is perhaps best known in his starring role as a captain of French extraction on an American television and cinematic series set in outer space dominated by American actors and admired by a large American audience, and also known cinematically as the presumably American leader of the American comic book group of heroes known as the X-Men. But he’s an Englishman.

I’m sure 60 Minutes, or a similar newsmagazine, has done a piece on Alistair Cooke, the famous British journalist, or Peter Ustinov, the famous British actor, both of which sustained great popularity in America. Our Patrick Stewart may be this generation’s equivalent — an international star with connections on both sides of the pond.

…ten percent less ice — Ha!

“Thumbs Up” to all the celebrities for participating and being such good sports. <3 May the donations make a difference ~ Blessings! :)

Trekmovie.com, you’ve been challenged in honor of Walter Yeager. Are you game for the #alsicebucketchallenge? Walter is my father’s lifelong friend and my honorary uncle. He’s a big star trek fan, which is why I’ve also challenged Chris Pine and Bob Orci. It’s a long shot, but it would be a nice pick me up for a nice guy battling a terrible disease. Either way, thanks for taking the time to read this. http://youtu.be/0xxJMm1pQEc

I hate Patrick Stewart

patrick stewart kicks ass

@16

Tammy, you obviously have no taste. Just because you’re angry at the world, don’t take it out on Patrick Stewart.

I loved Benedict Cumberbatch’s ice bucket challenge – so icy cool!

Sir Patrick Stewart – what? LOL

Sir Patrick Stewart is the best! Classy on the bridge!

True Sign of a Gentleman!

Zoe is the cutest pregnant girl without make up and with her baby bump and all
I can’t even deal

My absolute faves were: Sir Patrick [donation and a toast]; Zoe Saldana and her incredibly sweet husband; and Benedict Cumberbatch — what an absolutely funny video he made! I don’t know if he came up with it or if he was getting pranked, but I suspect the former — so I heartily salute him, and the generous spirit of everyone who’s participated in this challenge!

Patrick Stewart is afraid of ice water.

By far the best video here is that of Benidiction Cumberpants. He may have been a horrible Khan, but he takes his ice water seriously…

…which may in fact make him… KHAAAANNNNNNNN??

Patrick Stewart fears nothing. He further demonstrates his class and dignity by making out the check to ALS and celebrating with a bit of Chivas.

And #16–He doesn’t need your friendship. He’s pals with Gandalf.

sounds like someone grabbed Quarks ears
