This fall Star Trek director/producer (and co-creator of Lost and Fringe) JJ Abrams has another mysterious TV show headed to NBC, Revolution. The new series is set in a post-apocalypse world where all technology has stopped working. A new clip with footage and interview clips (including Abrams and pilot director Jon Favreau) was revealed at Comic Con and is now available from NBC. Watch it below

On his publicity tour for Dredd, Karl Uban has been making news about the new Star Trek sequel. Now the new Doctor McCoy is making light of possibly releasing spoilers – showing reporters that he has literally been gagged by JJ Abrams, however he continues to talk about something for Star Trek on YouTube. Karl Urban, Star Trek’s new Dr. McCoy, is starring in another big sci-fi movie – Dredd – coming out in September. Last night was Fox aired the first part of the two-part finale for the fourth season of of their sci-fi show Fringe. The show included a number of guest stars, including a surprise appearance by a Star Trek veteran. We wont say who on the front page to avoid spoilers, but you can watch a clip of this Trek star below.
Oscar annd Emmy-winning Star Trek (and Battlestar) artist Doug Drexler is teaming up with Saturn-winning writer Marc Scott Zicree (who has some Star Trek credits as well) on a new sci-fi film project called "Space Command." The project is going to be seeking funding via Kickstarter later in the month. More details below .

Without a Star Trek movie, TrekMovie has adopted Prometheus as our most anticipated film for the summer. Written by Trek sequel co-writer Damon Lindelof, the film looks to be a cool addition to the Alien universe. And today they released another cool viral video for the film showing off a Weyland robot. Plus there is a new Russian trailer that reveals more cool visuals (and dialog if you speak Russian). Check it out below.
