That TNG Ghosts cover has to be the most unintentionally funny cover I’ve seen in years. “Picard breakdancing…the aerial view. “

I love that TNG cover.

“I LIKE TO SING-A ABOUT THE MOON AND THE JUNE AND THE SPRING-A”

TNG 2: ELECTRIC BOOGALOO

I’m guessing the text in the preview isn’t final? Cos there’s about 8 typos in one panel alone…

Ooo! Captain Sulu comic! Does this mean that George Takei can finally shut up about that “Captain Sulu” TV series for awhile? Please?

Re: Captain Picard cover…

“There! Are! TEN! Fingers!!!”

My, how the comedians are dominating the discussion…

On a more serious note: I am VERY impressed with any/all of John Byrne’s Star Trek work for IDW. As a long-time comic book buyer who quit in the 1990s, it is because of Mr. Byrne that I am buying comics once again. They’re exceptional. Thank you, IDW, for giving fans what they want! Awesome stories, incredible art/coloring.

And thank you, TrekMovie.com, for reporting on all of this! :)

What’s up with the Klingon disruptors? They’re not like the TOS versions. The drawn de-mat effect looks good. I was thinking though that the TOS era Klingon disruptor was a SONIC disruptor…

When did DS9 1 come out? I missed it.

January is going to be a good month!

On schism_3_4.jpg

“Drop your weapons of face immediate extermination!”

“of”? Or “or”…

Tsk, tsk IDW! The editor AND the letterer missed that one!

MORE Romulans?

Re: Captain Picard Cover

WTF HAPPENED TO MA HAIRZ?!?!

I don’t think the East Coast will be getting Romulans: Schism #3 this week. It’s not listed on the Midtowncomics.com shipping list. Probably won’t be until the following week on the 11th.

Re: #10

Also “or die like you men”

“Your men” perhaps?

Is the cover of Schisms 3 identical to Schisms 1 (other than 3 instead of 1?) Looks it?

Peple who don’t check fore spelling errers in comic books really irretate me. Think of the kids they are misleading!

I like the Bird of Prey refit in the comic.

i dont understand why they are going into DS9- that story is over- unless it’s about what happened to captain sisco what’s the point?

Where are seasons 5+ of Enterprise & the founding of the federation/romulan wars…

@19: The DS9 story is set during the course of the show. I think that part of it is to gauge interest. At that point, they might look at what else they can do.

@16: Very similar. #1 featured the Klingon at the front, #2 featured Number One, this one… Romulan. Each issue focuses a bit on the race that is front and center. But yes, the image there for issue #1 is the same as #3. That’s a mistake.

@8: December. :)
