Watch 2 Star Trek Gags From Robot Chicken Season 5 + Jeri Ryan’s Orgasm

Last year TrekMovie reported on some comments from one Matt Senrich, one of the producers of the the Adult Swim show Robot Chicken, who promised more Star Trek gags for fifth season of the stop-motion animated comedy show. That season is currently airing and we here at TrekMovie have been remiss in sharing some of those gags. Check them out below, including a new take on the two Spocks scene from Star Trek (2009). There is also a skit where Jeri Ryan has an orgasm. 


Priceline Says Goodbye To Shatner’s “Negotiator” – Watch Final Ad

It looks like Star Trek’s William Shatner is saying goodbye to another character — who is literally going out in a heroic blaze of glory. Today Priceline released what they are calling the final ad featuring Shatner as "The Negotiator," and they may even be ending their relationship with the actor who helped launch the brand in the 90s. We also have a retrospective of some of Shat’s best Priceline spots.

Once again Stephen Colbert threw in a Trek gag on The Colbert Report. Last night’s show featured a segment about how many websites (like Wikipedia) went dark yesterday to protest the Stop Online Piracy Act. Remembering The Collectibles Of Star Trek: Voyager

It was January 16, 1995 when the premiere episode of Star Trek Voyager, titled “Caretaker,” premiered with nearly 14 million fans tuned to the UPN network’s very first show. From 1995 to 2001, Voyager produced almost 170 episodes and brought new demographics to Star Trek audiences. It also brought a variety of collectibles. Trek Meets Science: $10 Mil Tricorder Prize + Star Trek TNG Guest Star To Lead Starship Project

This week brings a couple of interesting intersections of real science and Star Trek. First up the X Prize Foundation has launched a new $10 million competition for the development of a real "Tricorder," like those seen on Star Trek. Plus DARPA is continuing with its 100 Starship project and this week has awarded a contract to lead the project to a foundation headed by a former astronaut (and former Star Trek guest star).
