The Star Trek Timelines, the popular mobile, web (and now) PC game, will expand later this year with brand new content from the upcoming CBS All Access series Star Trek: Discovery. Players will be able to add Discovery characters to their crew, including Lt. Commander Michael Burnham and Lt. Saru, as well as multiple new ships from the federation and beyond. Star Trek Timelines players will also get hours of brand-new overarching Discovery-related game content, including a month-long Discovery Mega-Event.
In the release Disruptor Beam Star Trek Timelines Product Owner stated:
We are all Star Trek fans here at Disruptor Beam – we’ve grown up with and have found inspiration in the first five TV series, and we look forward to seeing how Discovery will expand the Star Trek universe in the coming months. It was with great enthusiasm that we approached CBS Consumer Products about integrating future Discovery content into Timelines. We can’t wait to give our existing players even more Star Trek content to experience, but we also look forward to opening up Timelines to a whole new generation of Star Trek fans.
Adding Discovery to Timlines seems to be a natural fit. The game merges the characters, stories and settings from Star Trek: The Original Series, The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Voyager and Enterprise. Players gather their favorite heroes – or villains – to build their dream crew, explore the galaxy and “lead Starfleet through a crisis threatening the very fabric of time and space.”
Timelines now available on Steam
Timelines is available for free on the App Store and Google Play, as well as Facebook Games and Facebook Gameroom. And just recently Timelines was made available to play on PCs via Steam.
Here is the new trailer for Steam.
The game is so dumb. It’s nothing but tap tap tapping with no skill/story or direction.
