This past week a number of little bits of information about the upcoming Picard TV show have come out and the Shuttle Pod crew is excited to discuss them. We also talk about the news that Star Trek: Discovery’s second season was extended by an episode for a total of 14, plus look at the future Kelvin universe movies, which still seem stuck in limbo. We’re excited for the new Twilight Zone coming to CBS All Access next year too. Last but certainly not least, Brian, Kayla, Jared, and Matt weigh in on the latest installment of Short Treks, “The Brightest Star,” in which we see a pivotal point in Saru’s early life.
Still haven’t watched these yet, looking fwd to streaming all four of them once STD starts up again, DON’T CARE about spoilers for these, very much looking fwd to streaming this latest installment of your guys’ awesome podcast once I’m done with my phone interview here in a couple hrs (and have gotten in my jog while it’s still sunny and warm outside).

So they are trying to do a Tone between Discovery and TNG that sounds like it will be more like DS9 but a Modern version of it.
They could just say the Spore Drive Disappeared but Section 31 actually took it.
Ha. That ending about how to use this podcast was great. That is exactly what was happening. Thank you for the pleasant distraction.
