‘Star Trek: Fleet Command’ Mobile Game Adds ‘Discovery’ Arc

A few weeks ago it was announced that the popular Kelvin Universe-based Star Trek Fleet Command mobile game is being expanded to include elements from Star Trek’s Prime Universe. This expansion has now begun, starting with Star Trek: Discovery.

Discovery arc added to Fleet Command

Scopely games has announced they will be introducing the Star Trek: Discovery arc to Star Trek: Fleet Command, expanding the game beyond the Kelvin Universe for the first time. This expansion includes the introduction of the USS Discovery as a new ship for the game.

Interior of the USS Discovery from Star Trek: Fleet Command

Here is how Scopely describes USS Discovery within Fleet Command:

Warping in faster than ever before, the U.S.S. Discovery is here. Players will journey through the Battle Pass to unlock this beautiful ship, powered by a new resource called mycelium to instantly move about the Galaxy, making it the fastest ship in any Commander’s fleet.

They have also provided us with a preview video of the Discovery in the game.

According to the announcement, the first Discovery arc in Star Trek: Fleet Command will also include…

New Discovery Officers

Commander Michael Burnham, Commander Saru, and crew are reporting for duty. With great combat qualities, Commanders will use this crew to take down enemies in a flash. Commanders will have the chance to unlock this highly adaptive and versatile crew as they traverse through the Discovery arc.

New Battle Pass

One of the great features Star Trek: Fleet Command has to offer is the Battle Pass. This feature that players love and look forward to gives the chance to unlock vital resources but also all the brand-new content in the game.

New Anomaly events

We call all able Commanders to man the fastest ship in the galaxy as Star Trek Fleet Command introduces the brand-new Anomaly events. Commanders will have time windows where special hostiles pour into random systems. Undock the U.S.S. Discovery, pour in that vital mycelium, and jump to those systems to take down pesky hostiles. Top the leaderboard charts to win vital resources to make your U.S.S. Discovery even stronger!

All good if Michael stops the crying.

Don’t worry, they lied about “continually evolving Star Trek: Fleet Command”. Unless you count the bugs
