On Wednesday, IDW wraps up the “Day of Blood” storyline Part 5 of 5 from that crossover event. But they are also releasing a special fun one-shot focusing on Shaxs, telling the story from the point of view of the Bajoran security officer from Star Trek: Lower Decks who has already joined the new comics as part of the Star Trek: Defiant series (set before Lower Decks). The 30-page one-shot is written by Ryan North, who penned IDW’s popular Lower Decks comic mini-series last year. The art is being provided by Derek Charm (Jughead and Marvel’s The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl), including the A cover. We have all the covers and a 5-page preview.

Sorry but it’s only his best day if he gets to eject the warp core.
Disagree. It’s always the best day when you can fight fascists.
This is always the right answer my friend! 👍
Amen to that!
I wonder if the Lower Decks character designers were aware how awesome they were making Shaxs look because seeing him in other art styles is a delight
