Preview ‘Star Trek: Lower Decks’ Episode 504 With New Images From “A Farewell To Farms”

This week we head into the middle of the fifth (and sadly final) season of Star Trek: Lower Decks. We have some new images and more details to get you started.

“A Farewell To Farms”

The fourth episode of season 5 is titled “A Farewell To Farms,” and it looks to include a visit with some Klingons, and Migleemo’s Avians too. Also, Boimler’s attempt at growing facial hair is… a work in progress. The episode was written by Diana Tay and directed by Megan Lloyd. It arrives on Paramount+ on Thursday, November 7.

Synopsis:

Dr. Migleemo cooks up some hot dishes while Mariner prefers hers served cold.

That moustache truly is a crime! But I do love the running joke!

Except in 24th century growing facial hair would be as easy as changing your socks. It’s close to that now with treatments.

Except your way it’s not funny.

Data grew his beard much faster than this…

One major plot thread that has never been picked up is the fate of Boimler’s transporter duplicate who faked his death and went to work for Section 31. It would be really weird if they leave that plot line open, but the time left to address it is very short.

Haven’t you heard? Jack Quaid has a cameo in the Section 31 movie.
