Oscar annd Emmy-winning Star Trek (and Battlestar) artist Doug Drexler is teaming up with Saturn-winning writer Marc Scott Zicree (who has some Star Trek credits as well) on a new sci-fi film project called "Space Command." The project is going to be seeking funding via Kickstarter later in the month. More details below .

Without a Star Trek movie, TrekMovie has adopted Prometheus as our most anticipated film for the summer. Written by Trek sequel co-writer Damon Lindelof, the film looks to be a cool addition to the Alien universe. And today they released another cool viral video for the film showing off a Weyland robot. Plus there is a new Russian trailer that reveals more cool visuals (and dialog if you speak Russian). Check it out below.

Fans are starting to wonder when they will get their first glimpse of the Star Trek sequel currently in production. The annual Wondercon was held over the weekend and one of the big events was the reveal of the second trailer for Prometheus, the sort-of Alien prequel written by Star Trek sequel writer/producer Damon Lindelof. Check it out below along with a cool viral video for the film.
One of the biggest shows this fall was the time travel series Terra Nova, which included Star Trek vets Brannon Braga and René Echevarria as executive producers, along with Steven Spielberg.
