We already knew that William Shatner’s Kirk is immortal, but now Kirk has been immortalized, in wax. Today Madame Tussaud’s in Hollywood unveiled its wax figure of James T. We already reported that at the 2009 Screenwriters Expo last weekend, Star Trek scribes Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman announced that they are now shooting to finish their sequel script in eight months (instead of two) and the film is now likely slated for 2012. John Cho: Star Trek Cast ‘Hell-Bent’ For Sequel

Last week ABC debuted their new sci-fi show FlashForward (co-created by Trek vet Brannon Braga), with Star Trek’s new Sulu John Cho on board as part of the ensemble cast. Cho is now promoting the show, but of course is also being asked about Star Trek.
