We start off with Tony recounting his trip to the Star Trek: Mission Chicago convention including recaps from the five big show panels. Tony and Laurie also go over all the other news from the con and beyond including the new Lower Decks teaser trailer, the Strange New Worlds reveal (and then removal) of Spock’s first name, a Prodigy game announcement, and an update from Michelle Yeoh on the Section 31 show.
They turn to the review of the latest episode of Picard “Monsters,” and how they feel season two is going so far.
And they wrap up with some fun bits reacting to videos of Tawny Newsome jamming with the band at Mission Chicago and an amazing recreation of Star Trek: TNG in the style of the classic Star Trek animated series.
