First?

Hope I find one near me.

Regards.

Any idea which TNG episodes will be screened? It would be awesome if it were Best of Both Worlds, but I’d even go for some crummy 1st season ones. The Menagerie screening a few years ago was lots of fun.

BTW I will be at the Shore Leave Con in Baltimore, promoting Star Trek Continues. Come by and say hi.

I will be busy this summer but look forward to all the reports!

Milton Keynes is NOT in London!

Also there is Destination Star Trek London, actually in London at the ExCel from Oct 19-21.

I’m going to the nashville convention, my first in 15+ years. I’m looking forward to it. that same week my wife and i are also going to the CMT music festival.

why no star trek conventions in belfast northern ireland I am a big star trek fan and can not get to london or to the others come on bring one to BELFAST

5 Captains sharing the stage at a convention for the first timesounds as if it will be historic.

see you in vegas baby

We look forward to the Vegas Con. Wish we could got to London… but Vegas is the one we have all our friends to see.

Toronto in August! It has Patrick Stewart!!

I was at the Toronto con in March, Nicole deBoer & Robert Picardo did a Q & A, & I got Nicole’s autograph, it was nifty!

Polaris 26
July 6-8, 2012 Toronto, Ontario
polaris.tcon.ca
Guests include: Wil Wheaton, Robert O’Reilly, and J. G. Hertzler

Patrick Stewart at the gigantic HobbyStar August Toronto convention August 23-27.

Robert Picardo June 9 at the Niagara Falls Comic-Con

Interesting that Chris Hemsworth will be at the same convention as the other five TV (and movie) captains. Chris Hemsworth did of course play acting Captain Kirk for ten minutes or thereabouts and did manage to save most of the crew of the Kelvin, as well as his own wife and newborn son. That has to count for something.

However, it does make Chris Pine stand out by his absence. CP is going to have to come out of hiding sooner or later. He is the Captain now. William Shatner has passed him the torch. Chris – run with it and make everyone proud!

Not all trekkies are crazy – I hope, I trust, I believe, I wish, I suspect, I conjecture…

“Milton Keynes, sometimes abbreviated MK, is a large town in Buckinghamshire, about 45 miles south-east of Leicester and 49 miles north-west of London. It is the administrative centre of the Borough of Milton Keynes.” Wikipedia

#9.

No, it will not be historic.

What happened to Creation’s Vancouver Star Trek con? I thought the past two had done quite well…

I too am dissappointed there’s no Creation Convention in Vancouver I really enjoyed the past two and had hoped for more, Also why is the tng episode screenings only in U,S, Seems Canada gets left out of so much.

I’ll be attending the Vegas con in August.

So… Wizard World Con in Chicago. How does this work? I’d really like to see Avery Brooks, but is he going to do an actual panel/Q&A, or is this just one of these deals where he’s sitting at a table all day signing autographs for whoever walks by and pays him for a picture?

Somehow, only getting 30 seconds of face time with the guy, while he’s sitting in a row of tables with wrestlers and other “celebrities” at the tables surrounding him just seems, well, sad. Brooks (and the other captains who will be there) is better than that.

Shatner’s got a “VIP ticket” deal that includes seating for his panel, so he’ll be speaking. Not sure about Brooks though. I love Shatner too, but I’ve seen him before, including the recent “Shatner’s World” show.
