I love, love, love how much Tara Rosling is a part of the show thus far this season. Her performances as T’Rina have been so wonderfully nuanced, so eminently *Vulcan.*

It’s great how the showrunners have made places for some of the well received guest roles to keep coming back.

It’s great to know that David Cronenberg will also be back as Kovich this episode and hopefully more this season.

It reminds me of DS9, which built up a huge roster of recurring guest characters over the years. Not a lot of time has on the show so it definitely makes sense that people in leadership positions would still be the same.

Yeah I really love T’Rina too! I just love Vulcans in general and its nice we have one showing up a little more regularly again after we lost Spock in season 2. If I had it my way every show would have a Vulcan lead of some kind. ;)

I wonder if they will explain who Kovich is. And I wonder whether his name was inspired by Covid :-)

I also wonder if they’ll provide any hints on what his role is in Starfleet. As for the inspiration for his name, unless they renamed the character during post production of season 3 he was conceived long before the world first heard of Covid-19.

I kind of hope they don´t explain who he is. Let it remain a mystery.

I think they really do need to explain him, since the characters all seem to know what his role is. Its kind of weird for it to be a mystery to us but not to the characters.

Looks like A, B and C side plots, while the main plot (that anomaly) doesn’t move forward.
I hope I will be proven wrong.

on the nose!

Looking at these pictures, it strikes me how many Glass Things on Tables there are. Not sure that makes sense, as they’d surely all be smashed to bits by now after all of the various battles, crashes, anomalies, etc they encounter.

Laddie, don’t ya mean Transparent Aluminum?

Hahaha love it. Good point! Another oversight sidestepped lol

Tell that to Worf when he fought Gowron 😂
