The sixth episode of season four of Star Trek: Discovery arrives on Paramount+ this week. We have some new details and photos plus a trailer to get you started. There is also a new clue revealed in a clip and a few bonus pictures of Grudge.
The new episode titled “Stormy Weather” is directed by Star Trek: The Next Generation vet Jonathan Frakes and it debuts on Paramount+ on Thursday, December 23.
Seeking answers, the U.S.S. Discovery ventures into a subspace rift created by the Dark Matter Anomaly. Meanwhile, Book faces a strange visitor from his past.

Clip explain’s Zora’s connection to S4 credits
The latest episode of The Ready Room featured a clip from this week’s episode (at 23:38) which shows Gray talking to Zora.
While Zora has been heard at various points during the season, in this scene the ship’s evolving AI is also represented by a holographic waveform graphic.
That waveform graphic representing Zora was one of the few new elements added for the opening credits of season four.
Bonus Grudge photos
Paramount+ also sent out a handful of publicity photos of Grudge.
New episodes of Star Trek: Discovery premiere on Thursdays on Paramount+ in the U.S. and on CTV Sci-Fi Channel in Canada, where it’s also available to stream on Crave. Discovery will debut on Paramount+ in 45 countries around the world in 2022.
