First Look At January 2018 Star Trek Comics From IDW

IDW has just released their January 2018 solicitations with synopses and covers for all their titles. Next year will kick off with the 16th entry in the ongoing Kelvin-universe series Star Trek: Boldly Go. This will be the fourth issue in the “I.D.I.C.” mini-series exploring the multiverse. Also due in December will be the fourth issue of the new Star Trek: Discovery series co-written by Mike Johnson and Discovery staff writer Kirsten Beyer [see STLV preview of the series].

Star Trek: Boldly Go #16  (32 pages • $3.99)
written by Mike Johnson with art by Angel Hernandez

“I.D.I.C.”Part 4 of 6! The epic voyage through the Star Trek multiverse continues, as the villain behind it all is revealed… and their vendetta against Captain Kirk threatens to end all realities!

You can now pre-order the collected Discovery four-issue miniseries trade paperback at Amazon. It will be released in May and will be subtitled “The Light of Kahless.”

looking forward to my trek comics , the may make discovery good

I really like the pop! Kirk cover. As for the T’Kuvma comic this made more sense to me when I thought he was going to be a major player in the show. Now that he is not one wonders where these comics are going. Maybe it’s because after watching the show the Klignons aren’t connecting for me as much as I feel like they should at this point. I still want to read them…I am just confused I guess.

Can I just say how much I dislike Funko anything?
Must everything submit to kawaii?

UGH.
