Over the last few days the producers and stars of all the big genre TV shows were in San Diego at Comic Con. In our weekly wrap-up of news we have the latest from new show like FlashFoward, and old favorites like Lost, Doctor Who, Heroes, Fringe and more. Plus we have the latest images and previews. This week’s genre news brings lots of activity in the world of comic book movies, with an agressive line-up coming from DC, and lots of updates on Green Hornet, Green Lantern, Ghost Rider, Iron Man and more. Also the first reviews of GI Joe are in, and it might not suck. We also have the latest images and videos, including photos of Hobbiton being constructed. 

For genre news this week we can reveal the new gate for Stargate Universe. We also have news on a new character for Heroes, a guy claiming he came up with the idea for Lost, news of Tom Baker’s return to Doctor Who, plus the latest previews and promos from Torchwood, Doctor Who, Warehouse 13 and more.
